Gayoon and Hyuna "sings Tap Water Love" with Btob's Minhyuk
Last September, 4minute’s Hyuna, Heo Gayoon and BTOB’s Lee MinHyuk filmed the MV for ‘Tap Water Love’ Campaign hosted by Public Relations Council and CBS.
Hyuna expressed, “With Heo Gayoon and Lee Minhyuk’s harmonization, as well as Hyuna’s energy-overflowing raps it was a campaign song in which we have our same sentiments about it.”
Currently, 4minute’s Hyuna is promoting ‘Ice Cream’, while BTOB Lee Minhyuk is promoting ‘WOW’ and ‘I Know Only Love’.
After coming back with ‘Volume Up’ album, some recent activities of 4minute members were made known, ‘Jiyoon and JiHyun are preparing for various musical and dramas’. BTOB Lee MinHyuk also expressed his thoughts, “We want to be a group that does a wide spectrum of songs and appeals to the mass public. We want to be a talented group that can perform naturally songs of different genre such as dance songs, ballads, band and more.”

Heo Kyonghwan promises to supple Sohyun chicken breast for life
Heo KyeongHwan has promised to supply chicken breast to SoHyun for a lifetime.
On October 28th, during the broadcast of SBS ‘Challenge 1000 Songs’, MC Lee HuiJae said, “4minute’s Kwon SoHyun likes Heo KyeongHwan’s chicken very much. Please sponsor some chicken breast to her.”
Heo KyeongHwan who sells chicken breast responded, “Yes, I understand. I’ll supply Kwon SoHyunnie for a life time.”
Lee HuiJae continued, “I and my family, too, likes chicken breast a lot too”, but Heo KyeongHwan replied, “Buy them yourselves”, creating laughter on the set.

Hyuna’s ‘Ice Cream’ Races Past 10 Million Views on YouTube
Hyuna’s Ice Cream music video was posted on YouTube on October 22 (KST) where it achieved a jaw-dropping 2 million plus views in its first day alone.
Four days later, as of the early hours of October 26 (KST), the music video had shot past the 10 million view mark to become one of the fastest K-Pop videos to surpass the 10 million view mark in such a short amount of time. In fact, many outlets are reporting this achievement ties Hyuna with SNSD’s The Boys for being the fastest K-Pop video to reach 10 million views.

JIYOON CONFIRMS ROLE IN MUSICAL ‘MY LOVE AT MY SIDE’
Emotional musical ‘My Love at My side’ (Director Jeon KyeSu) has finalized their casting.
One of the cast who attracted attention in this musical was none other than JiYoon. Having to gain recognition for her singing talents through KBS2 ‘Immortal Song’, Jiyoon will be acting as BokHee in her 20s dreaming of becoming a ballerina. BokHee in the musical is a ballerina that shows off her ballet skills and eventually falling for her first love, guitarist KangHyun.
Jang WooSu and Seo JiHoon who acts as 4minute’s Jiyoon’s partner in the musical were cast as well.
Hyuna to rap for Indonesian group’s debut album
Hyuna will be featured on Indonesian rookie idol group, S4’s debut album.
Hyuna will lend her rapping skills for S4’s title song, “She is my Girl”. The song features strong beat and melodies produced by hit maker Kim Do Hoon, who is also behind CNBLUE’s “Hey You,” FT Island’s “Hello Hello” and BEAST’s “Beautiful.”
S4 is the winner of the Korean-Indonesian audition program, ‘Galaxy Superstar Season 1’ earlier this year. The singing competition between the two countries was aired on Indonesia’s major broadcaster Indosiar.

Sohyun decides not to apply for college
Sohyun has decided to not apply for college. Cube Entertainment said, “There are plans for a new album, so she wants to focus on 4minute’s activities. She came to the decision herself after thinking about it for a long time.” Label mate BTOB‘s Ilhoon has also decided not to apply for college.
Hyuna MV Teaser, Ban for 15 years old, ‘Truly Sexy Queen’ VS ‘It’s too Wild’
Hyuna’s MV teaser for her solo song ‘Ice-Cream’ has been released. While her thrilling sexy charms are garnering attention, Netizens have their opinions split into mostly two types of responses, “It’s indeed sexy” and “That’s too wild”.
On the 19th, Hyuna has revealed her MV teaser to solo album song, “Ice-Cream”. The unbelievably 21 years old Hyuna had left a strong impression with her sexy charms.
After the MV teaser was released, most of the netizens commented, “It’s unique. Candy to the eyes with her natural sexy charms.” As the teaser was released, Hyuna was quick to rise as 1st on various real time search charts. As to now, she has already hit 40,000 clicks and fast to increase. (Currently 120,000 clicks)
However, some parties pointed out that the teaser was “too wild”. This is because, in the video, Hyuna wore outfits that look like undergarments, made sexy expressions, showed her legs while sitting in bubbles, and posed sexy poses.
Hyuna’s song ‘Ice-Cream’ MV has received a ban whereby 15 years old and below are not allowed to watch it. Some of the netizens voiced, “I can’t believe this 15 years old ban. The teaser itself is sexy, but for this release, I’m equally concerned and excited for it.”
Hyuna with her debut song, ‘Change’ and ‘Bubble Pop’, has allowed her to be recognized globally and hence becoming a hot topic. ‘Ice-Cream’ has indeed received hot attention, and it is possible that it will once again be another remarkable record for her.
‘Ice-Cream’ is a song which fuses a strongly addictive melody and rapping together with a hip hop sound. It is also a song produced by hit maker, Brave Brothers.
Hyuna will be revealing her 2nd mini album on the coming 22nd which includes ‘Ice-Cream’.

Hyuna releases new mini-album ‘Melting’
Unfortunately another artists has fallen victim to album leaks. Earlier today, popular siren Hyuna‘s new mini-album was publicly leaked with out permission. Although her agency, Cube Entertainment tried to prevent the songs’ widespread distribution, as expected it was futile. Cube is currently investigating the source of the leak and has decided to officially release the album earlier than its October 22nd release date.
HyunA’s new mini-album ’Melting‘consists of five tracks including title track, “Ice Cream“.
“Don’t Fall Apart” opens the mini-album depicting HyunA’s feelings on releasing a new solo album.
The idol attempts the ‘teen-pop’ genre with “Unripe Apple” which sings of a girl who wants to be seen as innocent in front of her boyfriend. BTOB‘s Ilhoon participated in the rap for the song.
Hyuna helped write the lyrics for the next track, “To My Boyfriend“, which is HyunA’s take on an emotional ballad.
The album closed out with another notable track, “Very Hot“, which is a song she participated in both the writing and composing process for the first time. The song was recently banned by KBS and MBCfor referencing popular SNS app KakaoTalk.

Cube Entertainment artists to target Indonesian market with the help of Rainbow Bridge Agency
Cube Entertainment artists like 4minute, B2ST, G.NA, BTOB, and more have signed a contract with Rainbow Bridge Agency, who will act as the official Indonesian agent for Cube artists.
On October 17th, Rainbow Bridge president Kim Jin Woo and Cube Entertainment representative Park Choong Min have joined together to begin activities in Indonesia for all of the artists under Cube Entertainment.
Rainbow Bridge stated, “Through the contract, We will be preparing for the management related activities for Cube Entertainment artists including broadcast activities, concerts, CFs, and various events in Indonesia. We will be marketing B2ST, 4minute, G.NA, and BTOB in Indonesia and help spread Hallyu.”
With the new collaboration underway, 4minute will perform in “Volume Up Party” on October 31st with ‘S4‘, the winner from season 1 of Indonesia’s audition program, ‘Galaxy Superstar‘.
2PM’s Junsu and 4minute’s Jihyun participate in love variety program ‘The Romantic & Idol’
2PM‘s Junsu (or Minjun) and 4minute‘s Jihyun were two of the idols who were recently whisked away to Korea’s hot vacation spot Jeju-do on a romantic vacation for tvN‘s love variety program, ‘The Romantic‘.
‘The Romantic’, which featured non-celebrity bachelors and bachelorettes previously, has decided to conduct a spin-off entitled ‘The Romantic & Idol‘ for its third season. It has been revealed that eight idols were cast for the show and recently finished filming in Jeju-do. The celebrities were able to enjoy dates in cafes and go grocery store shopping while surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the island.
A staff member revealed, “[Viewers] will be able to see the natural sides of idols in their 20s off the stage.” This spin off will be directed by Lee Myung Han PD and ‘Reply 1997‘ writer Lee Woo Jung.
‘The Romantic & Idol’ will premiere on November 11th.

Hyuna’s “Very Hot” banned from KBS and MBC
Hyuna has run into a slight issue even before the release of her solo album, ‘Melting‘.
One of the tracks from ‘Melting’, “Very Hot“, has been deemed unfit for broadcast by MBC and KBS.
HyunA’s agency Cube Entertainment stated on the 17th, “The reference to a specific brand(KaKaoTalk) in the lyrics became a problem. The problematic lyrics were put into the song as they’re related to normal life behind the stage. It hasn’t been decided whether we’ll be fixing the issue and resubmitting the song for review yet.”
“Very Hot” is the first track HyunA has participated in composing and writing since her debut. ‘Melting’ releases on October 22 KST.

With the release date of her solo mini album approaching, HyunA has unveiled a few more photos along with the list of songs included in ‘Melting‘.
A total of five tracks are said to be contained in the album including the already mentioned title track, “Ice Cream“.

HyunA releases jacket photos for “Ice Cream”!
HyunA has released jacket photos for her newest song “Ice Cream“!
She will be releasing the song “Ice Cream” on the 22nd with the songs from her 2nd solo mini album. As a sexy icon, she showcases a freer look than usual with her sexy gaze and bright smile.
Cube Entertainment reported to allkpop that HyunA’s title song “Ice Cream” will show off a strong hip hop sound with her usual rhythmical rap. HyunA participated herself in the concept planning, and has collaborated with Brave Brothers for the song.
Earlier today, Cube excitedly tweeted They tweeted the words, “Shout that HyunA has come! Releasing the 20121022 ICE CREAM jacket photo for the first time!!” and then “20121022 ICE CREAM #2 #Meltinghyuna” with two photos from her new mini album.
The photos feature HyunA with tousled hair complete with bright blue streaks. She is dressed in a loose denim vest and a short dress, complete with a stocking only one one leg. She also sports various tattoos on her arms in a vintage car.

Hyuna to make a comeback this month with new title track “Ice Cream”
It seems the rumors about Hyuna making a solo comeback were indeed true for Cube Entertainmenthas revealed a teaser image pertaining to the idol’s comeback!
Cube Entertainment has informed allkpop that HyunA will be coming back later this month with her new title track “Ice Cream“!
“Ice Cream” is said to be the work of mega hitmaker Brave Brothers, and is the first collaborative effort between the producer and Hyuna as a solo artist.
Her mini album will be titled ‘Melting‘, keeping in theme with the title track, and will be revealed on October 17th. Stay tuned for updates!

Jihyun to cameo in the final episode of ‘Miss Panda and Mr. Hedgehog’
It seems the beautiful Jihyun will be making an appearance on the final episode of Channel A‘s ‘Miss Panda and Mr. Hedgehog‘!
She’ll be appearing on the October 7th episode as the department head of the strategic management team of ‘Saint Honore’. Judging by the new still cuts released alone, Jihyun will certainly bring Donghae and Choi Jin Hyuk to their knees with her fresh, modern style, and lovely smile.
Despite it being just a short appearance, her lovely charms will be enough to add a bit of spice to the love lines in the drama right up until the last moments.
A representative stated, “Jihyun has a connection with the writer of the drama for she starred in her SBSdrama, ‘It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter‘. She readily agreed to appear in the drama for that reason. Please look forward to Jihyun’s appearance in the final episode.”
The drama will conclude on the night of October 7th.

B2ST Yoon Doojoon and 4minute’s Hyuna Get Close and Cozy
Wearing contrasting colors of black and white, Yoon Doojoon and Hyuna looked at each other with seductive eyes while Hyuna flaunted her sexy legs and red heels. Doojoon on the other hand showed off the shoes that he personally designed.
Being under the same agency, the two were first said to have been awkward with each other and unable to control their giggles, but as time passed, they completed the shoot like professionals.
